- Office Admin Intern: Gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and communication to support office operations.
- Accounting Intern: Assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting while gaining practical experience in accounting processes.
- Purchasing Intern: Support the purchasing team by processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and managing inventory for procurement activities.
- Project Coordinator Intern: Help manage AV project timelines, schedules, and resources while assisting with documentation and communication.
- AV Estimator Intern: Assist in preparing cost estimates for AV projects by gathering data, coordinating with vendors, and organizing proposals.
- AutoCAD Draftsman Intern: Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD, supporting the design team with detailed plans and schematics for AV systems.
- Designer Engineer Intern: Collaborate with the design team to create functional AV system designs and assist in system configurations for various projects.
- AV Technician Intern: Gain experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for events and presentations.
- HR/Labor Compliance Intern: Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Located in California, near the office.
- Holds a valid work/study permit or is a U.S. citizen.
- Available to work onsite Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM).
- Willing to learn and flexible in taking on new tasks.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license (for fieldwork, if applicable).
