Job Description:
Lead the AV design team in the development and execution of AV projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Travel required.
Duties include:
- Designing and engineering advanced AV systems (audio, video, control, IT integration).
- Conducting technical reviews and implementing solutions.
- Preparing system documentation and schematics.
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Overseeing installation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in Audio Visual (AV) Design and Engineering.
Travel Requirements:
- 50% Orange County, 30% Los Angeles County, 20% San Diego County.
