The interior work involves the installation of new equipment and components in the existing M/IDF room, a new transformer in the electrical room, and the installation of power and data conduits and cabling pathways connecting the M/IDF room to the exterior Performing Arts Center (PAC) wall, where a new video wall and speakers will be installed. The exterior work includes the deployment of the new video wall and speakers on the east PAC wall, along with associated controls connections, and the integration of new and existing below-grade infrastructure, such as ductbanks, conduits, and cabling. Additionally, the project will install new power and data connections at the performance area, including provisions for a future performance area shade structure, as well as new power to the site’s existing light poles for speaker installations and new power and data for site amenities like AV controls locations and combination light fixture/USB charging stations. The project will also involve structural supplementary steel and a video wall support frame attached to the existing building structure, as well as associated site work to patch and repair any existing finishes and conditions affected by the installation.
