EIDIM Group is proud to announce our latest milestone, which is a comprehensive three-year maintenance contract with Contra Costa County to provide audio-visual system services across 82 conference rooms. The scope of the project covers a total of 55 conference rooms located at 1025 and 1065 Escobar Street in Martinez, 17 rooms serving the Health Services Department throughout the county, and 10 additional rooms supporting other departments located in various areas including Douglas Drive, Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, El Cerrito, Alhambra, Arnold, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hills, and San Pablo. Each space will benefit from routine maintenance, ongoing system monitoring, and rapid-response support designed to prevent disruptions and extend equipment lifespan.

Under this partnership, EIDIM Group will be responsible for a full suite of maintenance services. Our team will ensure each room is optimized for performance through scheduled annual preventive maintenance, where a trained programmer or technician will conduct comprehensive checks on every system. In addition to preventive maintenance, we are committed to responding to service calls within four hours and delivering effective solutions within 24 hours to minimize downtime. Our support also includes warranty coverage for installed systems, ensuring peace of mind for the County’s departments and staff.
