Acquisition and deployment of a comprehensive audio-visual solution, encompassing the procurement and setup of various essential components. This entails the purchase and installation of projectors, screens, cameras, surface-mounted loudspeakers, ceiling-suspended loudspeakers, racks for wall or floor mounting, displays, microphones, antennas, sensors, as well as camera and speaker housing units.
The Challenge
The project involves the integration of an advanced audio-visual system into an existing setup, taking into account the outdated nature of the current equipment. This entails the careful consideration of how to seamlessly incorporate modern technology while navigating challenges such as outdated infrastructure and existing furniture that cannot be removed. Additionally, the cabling poses a significant challenge due to the constraints of the site being already established. Therefore, a strategic approach is required to upgrade the equipment while minimizing disruption to the existing layout and ensuring compatibility with the current infrastructure.
