The scope of this endeavor encompasses the conceptualization, procurement, installation, instructional sessions, and ongoing technical assistance for an advanced audio-visual infrastructure. This infrastructure is specifically engineered to seamlessly capture, store, and broadcast in real-time the proceedings of legislative events originating from both the City Council Chambers and the Community Meeting Room. Additionally, the advanced audio-visual infrastructure aims to enhance accessibility and transparency by providing residents with multiple channels to engage with local government proceedings.
