EIDIM Group is proud to share a significant achievement as we have been selected to provide audio-visual system installation and maintenance services for various public libraries in Santa Clara County. This milestone reflects the strong trust placed in us by local government agencies and underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering dependable, innovative AV solutions that serve the needs of modern communities.

The project involves the upgrade and installation of AV systems in 27 rooms across eight library locations. These include facilities in Milpitas, Morgan Hill, Cupertino, Los Altos, Woodland, Saratoga, Gilroy, and Campbell. In addition to the installations, EIDIM Group will also be responsible for a two-year maintenance and warranty service, ensuring long-term system reliability and performance.

At the Milpitas Library, our team will enhance the community room, children’s activity room, conference room 138, and computer training center 136. The Morgan Hill Library will see upgrades in Program Rooms 107 and 144, including the associated equipment racks, as well as improvements in the Secondary Room and Children’s Activity Room. In Cupertino, the upgrades will focus on the community rooms 101 A, 101 B, 201 A, and 201 B, along with the equipment racks located on both the first and second floors.

Work at the Los Altos Library includes AV upgrades in the Orchard Room and its equipment rack, the staff conference room, and the teen area. At the Woodland Library, enhancements will be made throughout the entire floor. For the Saratoga Library, upgrades are scheduled for the community room and its rack, the orchard room, and two group study rooms—Oak and Redwood. The Gilroy Library project will involve the community room, quiet study room B, the training room, and the children’s activity room. Lastly, at the Campbell Library, we will be working on the Campbell meeting room 124, Huntington meeting room 301, Farrier meeting room 125, and Fuller training room 101.

Each location will benefit from carefully designed AV systems that support a variety of public uses, like meetings, educational workshops, digital training, and youth programs. These systems will feature high-definition displays, improved audio solutions, user-friendly control interfaces, and secure rack-mounted equipment, according to the unique needs of each space.
