We are excited to share that in the third quarter of the year, our company has successfully secured significant AV system projects with prestigious organizations. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our clients who continue to trust us with the design, consultation, procurement, integration, and ongoing maintenance of their AV systems. These projects highlight our continued commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions across different sectors, including education, government, and military.

Los Angeles County Office of Education: Head Start AV Equipment and Installation

We will upgrade AV systems across multiple rooms by removing outdated equipment and installing advanced solutions. The upgrades include 90″ TVs with wireless casting, Polycom X50 cameras, Zoom Room controllers, and integrated systems supporting inputs such as in-room PCs, wireless casting, and HDMI docking. Modern AV control systems will be installed for seamless podium PC and virtual meeting integration with enhanced audio systems featuring wireless microphones and ceiling speakers. Combination room setups will automate projectors and screens, while independent configurations maintain functionality. Mobile AV equipment, including rolling TV and projector stands, PA systems, and mixers, will ensure flexibility for all spaces.

MacDill AFB Auditorium

We will provide, install, and commission a new microphone system with 170 units (153 mounted and 17 tabletop). The installation includes microphones for stadium seating, DV seating, the stage, booths, and the podium, along with spare units. A new main control unit will replace the existing system, with programming for seamless integration. Mounted microphones will feature under-table units, gooseneck stems, LED-indicated mute buttons, and custom mounting plates while tabletop microphones will include touch-enabled units with lighted halo rings and mute/unmute functionality. Consistency will be ensured with a single brand across the system, and detailed drawings of custom plates will be provided for approval.

Irvine Valley College Service Agreement

We will conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the AV system, including QSC Core DSP, QSC amplifiers, Crestron processors, Crestron MD 8×8, touch panels, LED walls, speakers, HDMI ports, Blu-ray players, and AV rack monitors. Backup files will be created for the QSC DSP, Crestron processor, and touch panel interface. We will restore the HDMI port configuration on the AV rack to its original setup, replace any faulty HDMI cables, and resolve touch panel issues, ensuring seamless navigation and improved functionality across all components.

Irvine Valley College A123 Conference Room

We will upgrade the conference room with a 98” monitor and two 86” monitors, a repositioned Panasonic laser projector, and a Huddly L1 webcam. CAT6 shielded cables will connect the components, and the Crestron system will be programmed to support four HDMI outputs, projector control, and electric screen management. Existing equipment will be integrated with upgrades, including a replacement DMPS350 without AirMedia to accommodate an external AirMedia. The system will also be added to Crestron Fusion for centralized management.

United States Department of Agriculture

We will upgrade the US National Poultry Research Center’s AV systems in the Building 1 auditoria and the second-floor conference room to support hybrid meetings. The new equipment will enable Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setups and integrate with MS Teams and Zoom for seamless collaboration. The system will include lighting controls and maximize existing AV infrastructure. Maintenance and technical support will be provided during the warranty period, with a four-hour response time for on-site support. A separate contract will address post-warranty maintenance, and the system will be tested by USNPC personnel for proper functionality.

As we move into the final quarter of the year, we remain committed to providing top-tier AV solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We are grateful for the continued trust placed in our team, and we look forward to delivering even more successful projects across a variety of sectors in the coming months. Thank you to all our clients for partnering with us—your success is our success!
