The last few months have been eventful, and we couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunities that came our way. We know you’re eager to stay updated on our progress, so here’s a glimpse into what’s been keeping us busy. If you missed it—or as Gen Z says, ICYMI—here are some highlights that have occupied EIDIM in the past weeks. As always, we’ve worked on exciting projects across different states.

Nellis Air Force Base Club Video Teleconference System
We replaced the video teleconference (VTC) system for the U.S. Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) at Nellis AFB in Nevada, including partial removal of existing equipment and installation of a new Crestron DMPS3-4K-350-C system. This project involved installing LG displays, touch panels, HDMI connections, and video/audio management components such as Vaddio PTZ cameras and BiAmp TesiraFORTE DSP with microphones and ceiling speakers. Dual-classification VTC capabilities were required for JWICS and AF7 networks, using Cisco codec systems and secure power control. We also provided documentation and training to USAFWC staff responsible for operating the system.

Contra Costa County Law Enforcement Training Center Audio Visual Solutions
We removed existing AV equipment and installed new AV systems in three classrooms, a simulation room, a conference room, and office spaces. This included podiums, direct-view LED wall displays, interactive monitors, ceiling-mounted signage monitors, and comprehensive AV control systems with touch panels. We installed Panasonic projectors in the simulation room, wireless and wired presentation systems, video conferencing setups, and audio solutions using QSC speakers and Shure microphones. Bluetooth integration and advanced control over displays, audio, and video routing were also part of the project.

Oceanside North County Transit District Boardroom Technology
We removed the existing AV equipment and installed a new video wall system with four 55” HD displays, two 85” HD side wall displays, and a video camera for meeting capture. The project included cabling, integration with the Dante Audio network, and a new audio/video control system for live feeds, screen sharing, and streaming. Additional features included a voting system and a guest speaker timer with centralized control.

Fresno City College, West Fresno Center AV/IDF Installation
We installed OFCI AV equipment at the West Fresno Campus, including IDF cabinets, electrical work, and termination of existing data cables. The project also involved fiber and conduit installation back to IDF rooms in several buildings and thorough testing of all cabling.
