Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Audio Visual System Installer to join our team. The AV System Installer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing audio-visual equipment at various client sites. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience of rough-in contractor.
- Experienced in CCTV cabling, fire alarm system, and structure cabling may substitute the pre-qualification.
- No issue with background checks.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- No issue with driving privileges.
- Can work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation:
- Install low voltage systems including security systems, audio-visual equipment, and network cabling according to industry standards and client specifications.
- Structured cabling for audio-visual setups, including routing, termination, and labeling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
2. Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems to ensure optimal performance if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
3. Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair issues related to low voltage systems efficiently and
- effectively.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AV equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
4. Mounting:
- Mounting cameras, displays, LEDs, lighting fixtures, and hanging speakers and microphones.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment on-site, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools and materials.
